Last night, we celebrated the launch of our brand-new Signature 6-Course Tasting Menu with an exclusive dining experience at Eureka 89.
Guests were welcomed with cocktails and canapés before indulging in six elevated courses, thoughtfully curated by our award-winning Executive Chef, Renee Martillano, and expertly paired with premium Robert Oatley Wines.
Throughout the evening, Renee introduced each course, sharing the inspiration behind every dish, while Steve Todhunter from @robertoatleywines guided guests through the perfectly matched wine pairings.
